Terms of use for a consumption voucher at "Shtastliveca" restaurant

1. Any natural or legal person may purchase an unlimited number of vouchers.


2. The voucher is valid for one-time use at "Shtastliveca" restaurant within 6 months of the date of purchase. After this period expires, the voucher cannot be used.


3. A reservation is required at least 24 hours in advance here or at the phone numbers and address of "Shtastliveca" restaurant. When visiting the restaurant with a voucher without a reservation, seating cannot be guaranteed. The reservation is valid until 20 minutes after the scheduled time.


4. The voucher may be used with a reservation during the working hours of "Shtastliveca" restaurant: Mon–Sun, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.


5. Each reservation is invalid until confirmed by staff by phone or email. You must contact staff if you do not receive confirmation of your reservation within the restaurant's working day.


6. The voucher covers the amount stated in "Voucher amount". The amount is entirely for consumption. If consumption exceeds the voucher amount, payment of the difference on site at the restaurant is required. If the consumption amount is less than the voucher amount, the difference cannot be refunded to the voucher holder.


7. The voucher's secret code must be provided to restaurant staff at the time of the reservation.


8. If the voucher is cancelled up to 2 hours after payment, 100% of the voucher value is refunded to the user. If the voucher is cancelled between 2 and 24 hours after payment, 50% of the total voucher price is refunded to the user. If the voucher is cancelled more than 24 hours after payment, the voucher amount is not refunded to the user. To cancel, write to: office@shtastliveca.com with subject Voucher – cancellation.
